What the trial includes
Every paid plan (Standard, Power, Enterprise) comes with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features of that plan — no restrictions, no watermarks, no prompts. The trial starts the moment you select the plan, not when you first use a feature.
What happens when the trial expires
On day 15, if you have not added a payment method and confirmed your subscription, your account moves to the Starter plan automatically. No data is lost. Your marketplace listings are paused, staff access above the Starter limit becomes read-only, and additional warehouse locations become inaccessible.
How to continue without interruption
Go to Settings → Subscription at any point during the trial and click Add payment method. Enter your card details and confirm. AADOPS will not charge you until the trial ends — and you can remove your payment method at any time before then to cancel without paying.
Reminders before trial expiry
AADOPS sends email reminders at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your trial expires. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — so you are not caught off-guard.
What to do during your trial
Use the trial to do real work with AADOPS — add your actual products, process real sales, set up your actual suppliers. The trial is most valuable when you use it with your real business data, not with test entries. That way, when the trial ends and you decide whether to pay, you know exactly what you are getting.
