How to move to a higher COMPLIED plan — what happens immediately, what your new limits are, and how billing works.

When to upgrade

Upgrade your plan when you hit the limits of your current tier — you need more staff users, more warehouse locations, more marketplace listings, or higher deal limits. You can also upgrade proactively before you hit the limit if you know growth is coming.

How to upgrade

Go to Settings → Subscription
You will see your current plan and the options above it
Click Upgrade next to the plan you want
Select your billing cycle — monthly, quarterly, or yearly
Review the amount and click Proceed to payment
Complete payment via Flutterwave

Your new plan activates immediately after successful payment. New features, higher limits, and additional marketplace listings become available without requiring you to log out and back in.

Billing when upgrading mid-cycle

If you are upgrading in the middle of your current billing period, you pay for the new plan from today. Your previous plan's remaining days are credited against the new plan cost — you are not charged twice for the same period.

Quarterly and yearly billing

Quarterly billing is billed every 3 months at approximately 15% below the monthly rate. Yearly billing is billed once per year at approximately 25% below the monthly rate. Both are charged upfront for the full period.

Tip: If you are confident you will stay on the platform, yearly billing saves you approximately 3 months of fees over the course of a year. Use the savings to invest back into your business.
