What cancellation means

Cancelling your subscription stops your paid plan from renewing at the end of the current billing period. Your plan remains active and fully functional until the billing period ends. After that, your account moves to the Starter plan automatically.

Cancellation does not delete your data. All your products, sales history, reports, customers, and records are preserved.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. You will be shown the date your current plan expires and what will change when it does
  4. Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation email is sent to your registered address. Your plan status updates to Cancelling β€” active until [date].

What changes when you move to Starter

When your paid plan expires and you move to Starter: marketplace listings are paused, staff accounts above the Starter limit become read-only, warehouse locations above the Starter limit become inaccessible (stock is preserved), and report exports are disabled. All your data remains intact.

Changing your mind

If you cancel and then change your mind before the expiry date, go to Settings β†’ Subscription and click Resume subscription. The cancellation is reversed and your plan continues as normal.

Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period. You have paid for and have access to the full period you purchased.
