The three billing cycles

Monthly β€” pay once per month. Cancel any time without penalty. The most flexible option.

Quarterly β€” pay once every three months. Approximately 15% cheaper than paying monthly for the same period. Billed upfront for the full three months.

Yearly β€” pay once per year. Approximately 25% cheaper than paying monthly for the same period. Billed upfront for the full twelve months.

Example savings

On the Standard plan at ₦5,000 per month:

  • Monthly: ₦5,000 Γ— 12 = ₦60,000 per year
  • Quarterly: ₦12,750 Γ— 4 = ₦51,000 per year β€” saving ₦9,000
  • Yearly: ₦45,000 once β€” saving ₦15,000

What happens at renewal

AADOPS sends a renewal reminder by email before your billing period ends. If you have auto-renewal enabled, your card is charged automatically for the next period. If auto-renewal is disabled, you must manually renew to avoid your plan lapsing to Starter.

Switching billing cycles

You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing when you renew. To change your cycle before renewal, go to Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Change billing cycle. The new cycle applies from your next billing date.

Tip: Start on monthly billing for your first two or three months. Once you are settled on the platform and confident in your usage, switch to yearly. The savings are real β€” ₦9,000 to ₦15,000 per year on Standard alone β€” and the only downside is paying upfront.
