How to downgrade

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Select the lower tier you want to move to
  4. Review the changes and confirm

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain your current features and limits until then.

What happens when the downgrade applies

Product limits: If you have more products than the new plan allows, you cannot add new products until your count is below the limit. Existing products are not deleted.

Staff limits: If you have more staff than the new plan allows, existing staff accounts remain active but you cannot add new ones until you are within the limit. You may need to remove some staff to add new ones.

Warehouse limits: If you have more locations than the new plan allows, existing warehouses remain active and stocked. You cannot add new ones until you are within the limit.

Marketplace listings: If you have more active listings than the new plan allows, listings above the limit are paused automatically β€” not deleted. They reactivate if you return to a plan that supports them.

Marketplace access entirely: Downgrading below Standard plan pauses all marketplace listings and disables the ability to sell. You can still browse and buy.

Note: Downgrading does not trigger a refund for the remaining period on your current plan. You keep all current features until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
