Everything you need to know about AADOPS — how it works, what it costs, and how it protects your business.
AADOPS is a business management platform built specifically for Nigerian MSMEs. It brings your inventory, sales, production, farm management, logistics, and marketplace into one connected system. It is built for traders, farmers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and any organisation that buys, moves, or sells goods in Nigeria.
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free — no credit card required, no time limit. You get access to core inventory, sales, and reporting tools for up to 50 products and 1 staff user. When your business grows and you need more capacity or marketplace access, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
When a buyer places an order on the AADOPS marketplace, their payment is held securely in escrow. The seller receives the funds only after the buyer confirms delivery. If goods are not delivered as agreed, the buyer is refunded. This protects both sides of every transaction and eliminates the trust gap that has historically made B2B trade in Nigeria difficult.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verifies individual sellers using their NIN. KYB (Know Your Business) verifies registered businesses using CAC documents. Verified sellers display a trust badge on every listing and unlock higher deal limits — up to unlimited for fully verified businesses. Verification is processed within 48 hours and is a one-time process.
The POS module is designed to work offline. You can process sales, hold orders, and record transactions even when your internet connection drops. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect. This is built specifically for the Nigerian market reality where connectivity is not always reliable.
Once you are on a Standard plan or above and have completed KYC verification, you can list your products or produce directly from your inventory. Your listing goes live immediately and is discoverable by buyers across Nigeria. You can set volume-based pricing tiers, respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) messages from buyers, and manage all orders from your dashboard. Every transaction is escrow-protected.
Yes. Standard plan supports up to 3 stores and 3 warehouses. Power plan supports up to 10. Enterprise plan has no limits. You can transfer stock between locations, track what is in each warehouse in real time, and assign different staff to different stores with role-based access control.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data belongs to you — AADOPS does not sell it, share it, or use it for any purpose other than running your account. You can export your data at any time on Standard plans and above. We operate on Nigerian and international data protection standards.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any plan. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Starter plan at the end of your billing period and you retain access to your data.
Yes. AADOPS has a dedicated Farmer module that tracks crop cycles from planting through harvest, records input costs so you know your true cost per kilogram, manages offtake agreements with buyers, and connects your harvest directly to a marketplace listing. It is built for Nigerian growing conditions and speaks the language of Nigerian agriculture.
