What reactivation means
Reactivating restores your paid plan after it has lapsed to Starter β either because you cancelled or because a payment failed and was not resolved. All your data β products, sales, customers, reports β is intact and available immediately after reactivation.
How to reactivate
- Log into your AADOPS account
- Go to Settings β Subscription
- Click Reactivate subscription
- Select the plan and billing cycle you want
- Complete payment
Your plan activates immediately after payment. Paused marketplace listings reactivate, staff access is restored, and warehouse locations become accessible again.
If your account has been on Starter for a long time
Your data is preserved regardless of how long your account has been on Starter. There is no data expiry. A business that lapsed to Starter a year ago and reactivates today will find everything exactly as it was when the plan lapsed.
If payment fails on reactivation
If your card is declined during reactivation, try a different card or pay via bank transfer. Contact AADOPS support at support@aadops.com if you continue to experience payment issues.
