AADOPS is a digital business management platform built for Nigerian farmers, retailers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and traders. Businesses pay a recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription to use it. The AAD Distributor Programme — AAD stands for Affitrage Accelerated Digitization — is how AADOPS shares a portion of that recurring subscription revenue with the people who help the platform grow.
It works the same way a telecom airtime distributor, or a partner in Amazon's or Microsoft's partner programmes, earns ongoing income from the products they help put into more hands. You commit capital to take up Distribution Units, and you earn a monthly share of platform revenue for as long as you hold them — both as a passive unit holder, and more so if you actively promote AADOPS to other businesses.
In short:
Say AADOPS opens a 12-month Distribution Round at ₦2,500 per unit, with a 10% reservation fee. You request 10 units.
| Total allocation value | 10 units × ₦2,500 × 12 months = ₦300,000 |
| You pay now (reservation fee) | ₦300,000 × 10% = ₦30,000 |
| Reserved in your wallet until confirmed | ₦270,000 |
| If confirmed in full, you pay | The remaining ₦270,000, completing your ₦300,000 commitment |
From then on, every month for 12 months, AADOPS calculates the total revenue earned from Premium subscriptions that month, sets aside its platform share, and splits the rest among every Distributor holding units — in proportion to how many units each person holds. Your 10 units earn you 10 units' worth of that month's payout, credited straight to your AADOPS wallet. If you also referred any of those subscribers yourself, you earn an additional referral bonus on top.
Your monthly payout reflects how many subscriptions are actually active and paying that month — it is not a fixed return, and AADOPS does not promise a minimum amount. It rises and falls with real platform growth, the same way a telecom distributor's earnings rise and fall with how much airtime they actually move.
AADOPS has two other ways to earn for bringing in business, and they are simpler and smaller in scale than the Distributor Programme: Refer & Earn pays a one-off bonus for each new subscriber you personally refer, and the Sales Agent programme pays an ongoing commission to people actively selling AADOPS subscriptions on the platform's behalf. The AAD Distributor Programme is the larger commitment of the three — you hold units backed by real capital, for a fixed term, and your monthly earnings come from a share of overall platform revenue, not just the subscribers you personally bring in.
The full Programme Rules below set out every detail — eligibility, the exact compensation formula, the allocation and confirmation process, what happens if you need to exit early, and AADOPS's commitments to you. Reading this introduction does not replace reading the Rules; the Rules govern the Programme in full.

These AAD Distributor Programme Rules ("Programme Rules") are incorporated into and form part of the AADOPS Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Programme Rules and the Terms and Conditions, these Programme Rules prevail in relation to AAD matters. Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Rules in full.
What this Programme is: The AAD Distributor Programme is a sales and distribution arrangement. AAD stands for Affitrage Accelerated Digitization. Distributors hold Distribution Units representing AADOPS subscription capacity and earn a share of platform subscription revenue, in return for capital committed to the Programme and for promoting AADOPS adoption. This is the same structure used by telecommunications airtime and SIM distributors, and by platform partner programmes such as those operated by Amazon and Microsoft, adapted for AADOPS. Compensation is variable, reflects actual subscription activity on the platform, and is not a fixed or guaranteed return.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Distribution Unit | A single unit of distribution entitlement representing one month of one Premium subscription activation value (currently ₦10,000/month full monthly value). Units are transferable only through the Distributor Transfer process described in Section 7. |
| Distribution Round | A platform-issued allocation of Distribution Units divided into one or more Allocation Tiers. Opened and managed exclusively by Affitrage Ltd (sadmin). |
| Allocation Tier | A sub-allocation within a Distribution Round with its own price per unit, term length, and unit count. Distributors request allocations per tier. |
| Allocation Request | A Distributor's request to take up a specified number of units in a specific Allocation Tier at the stated price. |
| Reservation Fee | An upfront payment (total_allocation_value × reservation_ratio) deducted from wallet upon submitting an allocation request, securing the Distributor's place in the queue for confirmation. |
| Confirmation | The sadmin-reviewed process of confirming which allocation requests are accepted, partially accepted, or declined. |
| Full Monthly Value | The undiscounted monthly Premium price (currently ₦10,000). The shared revenue pool is always calculated on Full Monthly Value regardless of subscriber discount. |
| Shared Revenue Pool | Total pool = SUM(full_monthly_value × (1 − platform_share_pct ÷ 100)) for all qualifying activations in the month. |
| Platform Share | Affitrage Ltd's retained percentage of the shared revenue pool (currently 20%). |
| Distributor Transfer | The process by which a Distributor may transfer unit holdings to another verified Distributor, subject to markup caps and sadmin approval. This is a peer-to-peer transfer of distribution rights, not a public trading facility. |
| Tier Term | The fixed duration from tier_start_date to tier_end_date during which the Allocation Tier is active. |
| Transition Preference | A Distributor's declared choice at tier end: Renew (units moved to a new Allocation Tier) or Exit & Refund (units redeemed at original price). |
| Sadmin | Affitrage Ltd acting through its platform administrator, responsible for operating and overseeing all AAD Programme functions. |
The AAD Distributor Programme is open only to existing AADOPS Premium subscribers. A person or business must already be using AADOPS for their own operations before they can become a Distributor — the Programme is a way for active platform users to also participate in distributing AADOPS to others, not a separate avenue for outside parties to place money into the platform without using it.
This formula is definitive and applies to all allocation calculations, reservation fee computations, and confirmation mathematics.
| Value | Formula |
|---|---|
| Total Allocation Value | units_requested × price_per_unit × term_months |
| Reservation Fee | total_allocation_value × (reservation_ratio ÷ 100) |
| Remaining Balance (reserved) | total_allocation_value − reservation_fee |
| Shared Revenue Pool (monthly) | SUM(full_monthly_value × (1 − platform_share_pct ÷ 100)) for all qualifying activations in the month |
| Distributor Share | (your_units_held ÷ total_units_held_by_all_distributors) × shared_revenue_pool |
| Referral Bonus | amount_paid_ngn × (referral_bonus_pct ÷ 100) — first activation only, for the referring Distributor |
Platform absorbs all subscriber frequency discounts. A quarterly subscriber pays ₦9,000/month; a yearly subscriber pays ₦8,000/month. In both cases full_monthly_value = ₦10,000 for pool calculation. Distributor compensation is never reduced by subscriber discount choices.
Allocation requests may only be submitted while a Distribution Round is open for requests. Sadmin may extend or close the window at its discretion.
To submit an allocation request, select a Distribution Round, select an Allocation Tier, and specify the number of units. Your available wallet balance must cover the full total_allocation_value (not just the reservation fee) at the time of submission. The reservation fee is deducted immediately; the remaining balance is reserved immediately.
The minimum allocation request size is specified in sadmin settings (currently 10 units). Requests below the minimum are declined.
Each Distributor may submit one allocation request per Allocation Tier. Duplicate requests are declined. You may submit requests across multiple tiers within the same or different Distribution Rounds.
Allocation requests cannot be modified or withdrawn after submission. Review all details carefully before submitting. Submission is final.
After the allocation window closes, Affitrage Ltd reviews all requests. Sadmin may adjust automatic pro-rata calculations before confirming. Sadmin review is a mandatory step — no confirmation is finalised without it.
| Outcome | Condition | Wallet Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| CONFIRMED IN FULL | Full units_requested confirmed | Remaining balance debited. Reservation fee stands as part-payment. Total deducted = total_allocation_value. |
| CONFIRMED IN PART | Fewer units than requested confirmed | Remaining balance on confirmed units debited. Reservation fee on unconfirmed units refunded to wallet. |
| NOT CONFIRMED | Zero units confirmed | Full reservation fee refunded to wallet. Full remaining balance released. |
| LAPSED FOR NON-PAYMENT | Wallet balance insufficient to complete payment at confirmation time | The reservation fee is retained by Affitrage Ltd as a processing charge, in the same way a deposit is retained when a buyer fails to complete a purchase they committed to. Remaining balance is released. Units return to the pool for reallocation. |
Keep sufficient wallet balance between submitting an allocation request and confirmation. If your wallet balance is insufficient to complete payment when your allocation is confirmed, your reservation fee will not be refunded, consistent with standard practice for a binding purchase commitment. Affitrage Ltd will not reverse this outcome regardless of the reason for the wallet shortfall.
After confirmation, a unit-holding record is created: round, tier, units_held, price_per_unit, term_months, start/end dates. Share percentage is calculated fresh at the start of each calendar month based on current units_held.
The platform's monthly activation process runs on the 1st of each month and prepares the revenue share payout for sadmin review. Sadmin review is a mandatory step — no payout is released without sadmin approval. After review, sadmin releases the payout and Distributors receive their share credited to their AADOPS wallet.
Distributor compensation is derived entirely from actual Premium subscription activations on the platform in the relevant month. Affitrage Ltd makes no promise of any minimum monthly payout. If platform subscription activity in a given month is lower, the shared revenue pool is correspondingly lower; this is a reflection of real sales performance, not a discretionary platform decision.
Distributors may offer unit holdings for transfer to other verified Distributors, subject to markup caps and sadmin approval. This facility exists so that a Distributor who can no longer continue may pass their distribution rights to another verified Distributor.
Each Allocation Tier has exactly three Transfer Windows during its term, at the 25%, 50%, and 75% marks. A Transfer Window is open for the second half of the relevant calendar month only (the 16th through the last day of that month). Outside these three windows, no transfer can be offered at any price — this is by design, so every Distributor can see the full transfer calendar for their tier from the day they receive their Allocation Confirmation, with no surprises.
| Tier Term | Transfer Windows (second half of each month shown) |
|---|---|
| 12 months | Month 3 (max price_per_unit × 1.75) · Month 6 (max × 1.50) · Month 9 (max × 1.25) |
| 18 months | Month 5 (max × 1.75) · Month 9 (max × 1.50) · Month 14 (max × 1.25) |
| 24 months | Month 6 (max × 1.75) · Month 12 (max × 1.50) · Month 18 (max × 1.25) |
Month 1 is the calendar month in which the Allocation Tier begins (always the 1st of a month). The Platform calculates each Distributor's exact Transfer Window dates from their tier_start_date and displays them on the AAD Distributor Dashboard.
Transfer offers below the floor price (currently 60% of original price_per_unit) require sadmin approval before going live. Sadmin may decline below-floor transfer offers without stated reason.
Distributors may cancel their own active transfer offer at any time before it is accepted. No wallet impact until another Distributor completes the transfer. Once completed, the transaction cannot be reversed by the offering Distributor.
Distributors may set their transition preference (Renew or Exit & Refund) through the Transitions tab in the AAD Distributor Dashboard. Preferences should be set before the platform generates transition records (30 days before tier end).
Units are moved to a designated replacement Allocation Tier in the next Distribution Round at the sadmin-set reissue price. No wallet movement occurs on renewal — a new unit-holding record is created.
A wallet credit of units_held × original_price_per_unit is processed automatically at tier end. The credit is to the AADOPS wallet — not a bank payment.
If no preference is set before the tier ends, the platform default applies (currently Renew, configurable by sadmin). Distributors are responsible for monitoring their own tier end dates.
Affitrage Ltd reserves the right to: modify any configurable parameter (platform_share_pct, reservation_ratio, minimum allocation units, referral_bonus_pct, transfer floor price, markup caps) with 30 days notice; suspend new Distribution Round openings at any time; terminate the Programme entirely with 90 days notice (during which all outstanding revenue share payouts will be processed and all Distributors given the option to elect Exit & Refund on active Allocation Tiers); and remove any participant for breach of Terms or risk to platform integrity, with immediate effect.
Modification or termination of the Programme does not entitle participants to compensation for loss of anticipated future revenue share payouts beyond amounts already earned and confirmed.
Affitrage Ltd (sadmin) is responsible for operating all AAD Programme functions: opening, publishing, extending, or cancelling Distribution Rounds; adjusting pro-rata confirmation calculations; approving, declining, or deferring Distributor Transfer offers; reviewing and approving monthly revenue share payouts; assigning replacement Allocation Tiers for renewal transitions; and setting all configurable parameters described in these Rules.
Distributors who disagree with a sadmin decision may raise a formal dispute under Section 17.2 of the Terms and Conditions. Disputes concerning demonstrable calculation errors will be reviewed and corrected; routine administrative and discretionary decisions made in accordance with these Rules are not subject to reversal through the dispute process.
The AAD Distributor Programme is a sales distribution and revenue-sharing arrangement operated by Affitrage Ltd for verified Premium subscribers who wish to participate in distributing AADOPS subscriptions and earning a share of the resulting platform revenue. Affitrage Ltd keeps the structure, eligibility requirements, and compensation mechanics of the Programme under ongoing review to ensure they remain appropriate as the Programme grows, and will update these Rules and notify Distributors accordingly if any aspect of the Programme's structure changes.
