Which reports can be exported
All major AADOPS reports can be exported as PDF: sales report, inventory valuation, purchase report, marketplace performance, production efficiency, farm yield and profitability, logistics performance, and consumer reports. The export button appears in the top right corner of every report screen.
How to export a report
- Go to Reports and open the report you want to export
- Set your date range and any filters you want applied
- Click Export PDF
- The PDF downloads to your device immediately
What the PDF includes
The exported PDF includes your business name, logo, the report title, the date range, and all the data visible on screen at the time of export. It is formatted for printing on A4 paper.
Common uses for exported reports
- Bank loan applications β sales reports and inventory valuation reports as evidence of business performance
- Donor reporting β consumer project reports showing stock usage against funded budgets
- Investor presentations β revenue trend and marketplace performance reports
- Tax filing β sales and purchase reports as supporting documentation
- Supplier negotiations β purchase reports showing your buying volume as leverage for better pricing
- Internal monthly reviews β all reports shared with management in a fixed monthly pack
Tip: Export reports are only as good as your data entry. A sales report exported for a bank loan application that shows lower revenue than you actually earned β because some sales were not recorded β works against you. The habit of recording every transaction, every day, is what makes your AADOPS reports credible to third parties.
