What the marketplace report covers
The marketplace performance report shows you how your marketplace business is performing — how many listings you have, how many orders you received, how many you fulfilled, your total marketplace revenue, and your reputation score trend over time.
How to access it
Go to Reports → Marketplace performance. Select your date range.
Key metrics
Active listings — how many of your listings are currently published and visible to buyers.
Total orders received — all orders placed on your listings in the period.
Order acceptance rate — the percentage of orders you confirmed vs declined or allowed to expire. A healthy rate is above 90%.
Order completion rate — the percentage of confirmed orders that were successfully delivered and completed. A healthy rate is above 95%.
Total marketplace revenue — gross value of all completed marketplace orders.
Commission paid — total AADOPS commission deducted from completed orders.
Net marketplace revenue — revenue after commission deduction.
Average order value — useful for understanding whether your marketplace orders are growing in size over time.
Reputation score trend — your score over the selected period, showing improvement or decline.
