What scheduled reports are

Scheduled reports are automated email deliveries of your AADOPS reports. You set up the report type, the frequency, and the recipients once β€” and AADOPS sends the report automatically on schedule. No manual action required.

How to set up a scheduled report

  1. Go to Reports and open the report you want to schedule
  2. Click Schedule report
  3. Select the frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly
  4. For weekly reports, select the day of the week
  5. For monthly reports, select the day of the month (e.g. the 1st, to receive the previous month's report on the first day of each new month)
  6. Enter the email addresses to receive the report. You can add multiple recipients.
  7. Click Save schedule

Managing scheduled reports

Go to Reports β†’ Scheduled reports to see all active schedules. You can edit the recipients, change the frequency, or cancel a schedule at any time.

Recommended schedules

  • Daily β€” sales summary, sent each morning for the previous day
  • Weekly β€” inventory valuation, sent every Monday morning
  • Monthly β€” full sales report, purchase report, and staff activity, sent on the 1st of each month
Note: Scheduled report delivery is available on Power plan and above. On Standard plan, all reports are available manually but cannot be automated for email delivery.
