Using AADOPS logistics for marketplace orders
Once a marketplace order is paid and ready to dispatch, you can request delivery through a AADOPS-registered logistics provider. Using the platform's logistics creates a verifiable delivery chain — pickup confirmation, in-transit tracking, and delivery confirmation — that protects both you and the buyer in any dispute.
Step 1 — Open the order
Go to Marketplace → Orders. Open the paid order you want to arrange delivery for.
Step 2 — Click Request delivery
Click Request delivery. AADOPS shows you available logistics providers who operate in your area and can deliver to the buyer's location.
Step 3 — Select a provider
Review the available providers — their rates, estimated delivery time, and service area. Select the provider that best fits your needs and click Request pickup.
Step 4 — Confirm pickup details
Enter your pickup address and any collection instructions. Set the preferred pickup date and time. The logistics provider receives the request and confirms availability.
Step 5 — Track the delivery
Once the provider accepts, you can track the shipment in real time from Marketplace → Orders → the specific order. The buyer also receives tracking updates automatically.
