Listing statuses

Published β€” the listing is live and visible to all buyers searching the marketplace. Buyers can view it, make enquiries, and place orders.

Paused β€” the listing is temporarily hidden from buyers. Use this when you have run out of stock but plan to restock, when you are reviewing your pricing, or during a period when you cannot fulfil orders.

Archived β€” the listing is permanently hidden and removed from your active listings. Use this for products you no longer sell. Archived listings can be restored.

How to pause a listing

  1. Go to Marketplace β†’ My listings
  2. Find the listing and click the three-dot menu
  3. Select Pause listing

The listing disappears from buyer search results immediately. Any pending enquiries or orders already in progress are not affected.

How to republish a paused listing

Go to My listings β†’ filter by Paused β†’ click the listing β†’ click Publish.

How to archive a listing

Open the listing and click Archive. Confirm the action. The listing moves to your archived list and is no longer visible to buyers.

Note: If your plan is downgraded below Standard, all your listings are paused automatically β€” not deleted. They reactivate when you return to Standard or above.
