When you need to find a logistics provider
As a seller, after a marketplace order is paid and ready to dispatch, you need to arrange delivery to the buyer. AADOPS connects you to registered logistics providers who operate in your area and can deliver to the buyer's location.
How to find a provider for a specific order
- Open the paid marketplace order from Marketplace β Orders
- Click Request delivery
- AADOPS shows you available providers who serve your pickup location and the buyer's delivery location
- Review each provider β their name, vehicle types, rates, on-time delivery rate, and completed deliveries
- Select the provider that best fits your timeline and budget
- Click Request pickup
What to look for when choosing a provider
- On-time delivery rate β the most important indicator of reliability
- Vehicle type β confirm they have a vehicle suitable for your cargo type and weight
- Rate β compare against the value of the order. Delivery cost should be proportionate.
- Verification badge β verified providers have completed KYC and are more accountable
- Completed deliveries β a provider with 200 completed deliveries is a known quantity; one with 3 is not
After you request
The provider receives your request and has a limited window to accept or decline. You are notified of their response. If they decline or do not respond, you can select another provider.
Note: You can also arrange your own delivery outside AADOPS β mark the order as dispatched and provide tracking details manually. However, using a AADOPS logistics provider creates a verified delivery record that protects your escrow in any dispute.
