What the logistics provider profile is

Your logistics provider profile is your public presence on the AADOPS platform as a delivery service. It tells sellers and buyers who you are, where you operate, what vehicles you run, and what it costs to use your service. A complete profile attracts more delivery requests from marketplace participants in your service area.

Step 1 β€” Go to Logistics

Click Logistics in the left sidebar, then click Provider profile. Click Set up profile.

Step 2 β€” Enter your business details

  • Business name β€” your logistics company name as it appears to clients
  • Phone number β€” the number clients call to reach you
  • Email address β€” for delivery confirmations and communication
  • Years in operation β€” helps build client confidence

Step 3 β€” Set your service areas

Select the states and cities where you provide delivery service. Be accurate β€” if you list a state you do not actually serve, you will receive requests you cannot fulfil, which damages your reputation score.

Step 4 β€” Add your vehicles

List the vehicles in your fleet:

  • Vehicle type β€” motorcycle, pickup, truck, flatbed, refrigerated van
  • Carrying capacity β€” maximum weight or volume per trip
  • Number of vehicles of this type

Step 5 β€” Set your rates

Enter your delivery rates. You can set rates by distance, by route, by weight, or a flat rate per delivery. Buyers see your rates when requesting delivery.

Step 6 β€” Save and publish

Click Save profile. Your profile is now visible to marketplace participants requesting delivery in your service areas.

Tip: Complete your KYC verification before publishing your profile. Verified logistics providers display a trust badge and receive significantly more requests than unverified ones.
