How delivery requests reach you

When a marketplace seller needs to dispatch goods, they can request delivery from a AADOPS logistics provider. AADOPS matches the request to providers in the relevant service area β€” including you. You receive a notification immediately when a request arrives.

Where to find incoming requests

Go to Logistics β†’ Delivery requests. New requests appear at the top with the status Pending response. You also receive a notification in your dashboard bell.

What the request shows you

Each delivery request includes:

  • Pickup location β€” address, state, and city
  • Delivery location β€” address, state, and city
  • Cargo details β€” product type, weight or volume, and any special handling requirements
  • Requested pickup date β€” when the seller needs collection
  • Requested delivery date β€” when the buyer needs the goods
  • Seller contact β€” name and phone number for coordination

Response window

You have a limited window to accept or decline each request. The window is displayed on the request. If you do not respond within the window, the request expires and is offered to other providers. Repeated non-responses affect your reputation score.

Tip: Review your incoming requests first thing each morning and last thing each evening. Missing a request because you did not check your inbox is one of the fastest ways to lose clients on the platform.
