Before you start
  • An incoming delivery request

Before you accept

Review the full request carefully before accepting. Consider:

  • Do you have an available vehicle for the pickup date?
  • Is the cargo weight within your vehicle capacity?
  • Is the route one you can cover on the requested timeline?
  • Are there any special handling requirements you can accommodate?

Only accept requests you can genuinely fulfil. Accepting and then failing to collect damages your reputation score more than declining.

How to accept a request

  1. Open the delivery request
  2. Review all details
  3. Click Accept request
  4. Confirm your vehicle and driver for this delivery
  5. Click Confirm acceptance

The seller and buyer are notified immediately that their delivery has been accepted. The request moves to your active deliveries.

How to decline a request

  1. Open the delivery request
  2. Click Decline request
  3. Select a reason: No vehicle available, Outside service area, Cargo too heavy, Timeline not feasible, or Other
  4. Click Confirm decline

The request is returned to AADOPS and offered to other available providers in the area.

Note: Declining requests is acceptable when you genuinely cannot fulfil them. A high decline rate on requests that match your stated service areas and vehicle capacity will be reviewed and may affect your platform standing.
