How deal limits are calculated
Your maximum deal size on the AADOPS marketplace is controlled by two independent factors:
- Your subscription plan β Standard, Power, or Enterprise each have a plan-level deal limit
- Your verification tier β unverified, KYC verified, or KYB verified each have a tier-level limit set by the platform administrator
Your effective deal limit is always the lower of these two figures. Both must be satisfied for a transaction to proceed.
Example
A seller on the Power plan has a plan deal limit of β¦2,000,000. They have completed KYC verification, and the KYC tier limit set by AADOPS is β¦1,000,000. Their effective deal limit is β¦1,000,000 β the lower of the two.
To increase their limit to β¦2,000,000, they need to complete KYB verification, which has a higher tier limit. Both the plan limit and the verification tier limit must permit the deal size for it to go through.
What happens if you try to exceed your limit
When a buyer attempts to place an order that exceeds the seller's effective deal limit, AADOPS blocks the transaction and displays a message explaining the limit. The buyer cannot proceed with an order above the seller's current limit.
How to increase your deal limit
- Upgrade your plan β moves your plan-level limit up
- Complete higher verification β moves your verification tier limit up
- Both must increase for your effective limit to increase
