Before you start

A submitted KYC or KYB verification application

What happens after you submit

When you submit a KYC or KYB verification application, it is sent to Prembly IdentityPass — AADOPS's verification partner. Prembly checks your details against the relevant government database: NIMC for NIN-based KYC, and CAC for business verification.

The review timeline

KYC (NIN verification): Most applications are processed within a few minutes to 24 hours. The NIN database check is largely automated.

KYB (CAC verification): CAC checks can take 24 to 72 hours. Complex cases or businesses with recently updated CAC records may take longer.

What you see during review

Your verification status shows as Under review on your account. You can continue using all other AADOPS features while you wait. Your existing listings remain active.

How you are notified

AADOPS sends an email to your registered address when your verification is approved, rejected, or requires additional information. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — during the review period.

If your application is taking longer than expected

If your KYC application has not been resolved within 48 hours, or your KYB within 5 business days, contact AADOPS support at support@aadops.com with your account email and verification type. Include any reference number shown in your verification status.

Note: Do not submit a second application while one is under review. Duplicate submissions do not speed up the process and can cause your original application to be delayed.
