Step 1 — Go to Verification
Click your account name in the top right, then click Verification.
Step 2 — Start KYC
Click Verify as individual. Provide your full legal name, National Identification Number (NIN), date of birth, and a selfie photograph.
Step 3 — Submit
Review your details and click Submit for verification. Your application is sent for processing.
Step 4 — Wait for review
Verification is typically processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email when approved or if additional information is needed.
Note: Ensure your name exactly matches what is on your NIN record. Mismatches are the most common reason for rejection.
