Staff activity logs

How to view a record of what each staff member has done on your COMPLIED account β€” sales, edits, deletions, and logins.

What the activity log shows

The staff activity log records every significant action taken on your account and which staff member performed it. It is your audit trail β€” useful for investigating discrepancies, reviewing staff performance, and demonstrating accountability.

Actions logged include: sales processed, returns initiated, products created or edited, prices changed, stock adjustments made, purchase orders created, staff members added or removed, and login times.

How to access the activity log

Go to Settings β†’ Staff. Click on any staff member to open their profile. Click Activity log. The log shows their actions in reverse chronological order β€” most recent first.

Filtering the log

Use the date filter to narrow the log to a specific period. Use the action type filter to see only specific types of activity β€” for example, all price changes made by a specific staff member, or all returns processed.

Account-wide activity log

To see all activity across all staff members, go to Settings β†’ Activity log. This shows every action taken on your account by any user β€” searchable by staff member, date, and action type.

Note: Staff activity logs are available on Enterprise plan. On Standard and Power plans, you can view individual sales and purchase records attributed to each staff member, but the full action-level audit log requires Enterprise.
