Before you invite
Staff invitations require a Standard plan or above. The number of staff members you can add depends on your plan: Standard supports up to 3, Power up to 10, Enterprise is unlimited.
Step 1 β Go to Staff
Click Settings β Staff. Click + Add staff.
Step 2 β Enter their details
- Full name β their name as it will appear in sales records, reports, and activity logs
- Email address β the invitation is sent here. This becomes their login username.
- Role β select from Admin, Manager, Cashier, or Viewer
- Phone number β optional, for your internal reference
Step 3 β Send the invitation
Click Send invitation. The staff member receives an email with a link to set their own password and activate their account. The link is valid for 48 hours.
What the staff member sees
When they click the link, they are taken to a password setup screen. Once they set their password, they are logged into your account with the role you assigned. They see only the features their role permits.
If the invitation expires
Go to Settings β Staff. Find the staff member β their status shows as Invitation pending. Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Resend invitation.
