What the logistics report covers
The logistics performance report gives delivery service providers a structured view of their business performance β how many deliveries were completed, how much was earned, how reliable the service was, and where performance can improve.
How to access it
Go to Reports β Logistics performance. Select your date range.
Key metrics
Total deliveries completed β shipments successfully delivered in the period.
Total revenue β delivery fees earned from completed shipments.
On-time delivery rate β percentage of deliveries completed by the committed delivery date. The most important service quality metric.
Average delivery time β from pickup confirmation to delivery confirmation, in hours or days. Compare across routes to identify where your service is slowest.
Request acceptance rate β percentage of incoming delivery requests accepted vs declined or ignored.
Dispute rate β percentage of deliveries that resulted in a buyer dispute. Even one or two in a period is worth investigating.
Revenue by route β which origin-destination pairs generate the most revenue. Useful for deciding where to focus your capacity.
