Printing immediately after a sale

After completing a sale on the POS, a payment slip modal appears automatically. This modal shows the receipt with your business name, logo (if configured), receipt number, items, and payment details. Click Print in the modal to send it to your connected printer.

Viewing and printing recent sales

Click the Recent Sales button in the POS header to open a modal listing your most recent transactions. Find the sale you need and click the edit icon to open it. From the sale detail, you can reprint the receipt.

Receipt printer setup

AADOPS supports standard USB and Bluetooth thermal receipt printers (58mm and 80mm). Configure your printer under Settings β†’ Hardware β†’ Receipt printer. Select your printer, choose the paper width, and print a test receipt to confirm it is working.

What the receipt shows

Your receipt includes: your store logo (if enabled in settings), your store name, the receipt number, the date and time, each item sold with quantity and price, any discounts applied, tax, the grand total, the payment type used, and the amount received.

Tip: Enable your logo in receipts by going to Settings β†’ POS Settings and toggling on Show logo in receipt. A receipt with your business logo looks significantly more professional than a plain text receipt.
