What the reputation score is
Your marketplace reputation score is a measure of how reliably you fulfil orders and how satisfied buyers are with their experience. It is calculated from your order completion rate, buyer ratings, dispute history, and response time to RFQs and orders.
Your score is visible to buyers browsing the marketplace. A high score signals a trustworthy seller. A low score reduces buyer confidence and lowers your visibility in search results.
What affects your score positively
- Confirming orders promptly when buyers place them
- Dispatching goods on time after payment
- Receiving positive ratings from buyers after delivery
- Responding to RFQs quickly
- Low dispute rate
What affects your score negatively
- Declining a high proportion of orders
- Late dispatch after payment
- Disputes raised against you, especially ones resolved in the buyer's favour
- Slow response to RFQs and order confirmations
- Cancellations after confirming an order
