Business types determine your modules
AADOPS is built for six types of Nigerian business actor. When you register, you choose your type. That choice activates the relevant modules. You can operate as more than one type simultaneously.
Seller
For traders, retailers, and shop owners who buy stock and sell to customers.
Unlocks: full point-of-sale, product and inventory management, purchase orders, customer records, invoicing, coupon management, sales reports, and marketplace listing access on Standard plan and above.
Farmer
For agricultural producers who grow crops, raise livestock, or manage farm operations.
Unlocks: farm profile, crop cycle tracking, input cost recording, harvest recording, offtake agreements, and direct marketplace listing of harvest batches.
Producer (Manufacturer)
For businesses that transform raw materials into finished goods.
Unlocks: bills of materials, production order management, raw material tracking, finished goods receipt, production cost calculation, and wastage tracking.
Consumer
For organisations, NGOs, schools, and institutions that consume stock internally.
Unlocks: department creation, project tracking, stock consumption recording, cost attribution, waste analysis, and reorder forecasting.
Logistics provider
For delivery businesses and courier services that move goods for other businesses.
Unlocks: provider profile with service areas and rates, delivery request inbox, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, and logistics reports.
Can I be more than one type?
Yes. Select multiple types during registration or add them later from Settings β Business Profile. A cassava farmer who processes and sells the finished product would select Farmer, Producer, and Seller. Each type activates its own module β all accessible from the same account.
