The sidebar shows only what your business uses

The left sidebar in AADOPS is not a fixed menu. It adapts to your business type. A farmer who does not sell retail will not see POS options. A logistics provider will not see inventory management. You see what is relevant to you.

On desktop

The sidebar is always visible on the left side of the screen. Click any section name to navigate to it. Sections with sub-items expand when you click them.

On mobile

On a phone or small tablet, the sidebar is hidden by default to give you more screen space. To open it, tap the ☰ hamburger icon at the top left of the screen. The full navigation menu slides in. Tap any item to navigate β€” the menu closes automatically. To close without navigating, tap outside the menu or tap ☰ again.

Main sidebar sections

Dashboard β€” your business overview. Always the first item.

Inventory β€” products, stock levels, adjustments, and warehouse management.

Purchases β€” purchase orders, suppliers, and goods receipt.

Sales β€” sales history, invoices, customer records, and reports.

Marketplace β€” your listings, incoming orders, RFQ inbox. Available on Standard plan and above.

Farmer β€” crop cycles, harvests, farm profiles, and offtake agreements. Visible to farmers only.

Producer β€” bills of materials, production orders, and finished goods. Visible to producers only.

Logistics β€” delivery requests, active shipments, and provider profile. Visible to logistics providers only.

Consumer β€” departments, projects, and consumption tracking. Visible to consumers only.

Reports β€” all available reports for your active modules.

Settings β€” business profile, staff, warehouses, roles, and account preferences.

The POS button

The POS is not in the sidebar. It is accessed via the POS button in the top header bar β€” visible across the top of the screen when you are logged in as a seller. On mobile, this button is in the top navigation bar. Tap it to open the point-of-sale screen.

The top header bar

Across the top of every screen you will find:

  • ☰ Menu icon β€” opens the sidebar on mobile
  • POS button β€” opens the point-of-sale screen (sellers only)
  • Notifications bell β€” alerts for low stock, orders, deliveries, and verification updates
  • Your account menu β€” profile, verification, settings, and sign out
Tip: On mobile, the most common navigation mistake is looking for the POS in the sidebar menu. It is not there β€” it is the dedicated button in the top bar. If you cannot see it, you may not have the seller module active on your account.
