Your dashboard is your business at a glance

When you log into AADOPS, the first thing you see is your dashboard. It is not a generic overview β€” it is built around the modules your business uses. A farmer sees different widgets from a seller. A logistics provider sees different widgets from a manufacturer. Everything visible on your dashboard is there because of the business type you registered with.

The widget grid

Your dashboard is organised as a grid of summary widgets. Each active module contributes one widget. Common widgets include:

  • Sales summary β€” today's total sales value, number of transactions, and outstanding balances. Visible to sellers.
  • Stock alert β€” products currently below their reorder point. Visible to sellers and producers.
  • Active listings β€” how many of your products are currently live on the marketplace. Visible to sellers, farmers, and producers on Standard plan and above.
  • Harvest summary β€” your most recent recorded harvest, quantity, and grade. Visible to farmers.
  • Production status β€” active production orders and their progress. Visible to producers.
  • Pending deliveries β€” delivery requests awaiting your action. Visible to logistics providers.
  • Escrow balance β€” funds currently held in escrow on your behalf. Visible to all marketplace participants.

The top bar

Across the top of the dashboard you will find:

  • Your business name β€” displayed prominently. AADOPS shows your name, not ours.
  • Store switcher β€” if you have multiple store locations, a dropdown here lets you switch between them.
  • Notifications bell β€” alerts for low stock, incoming orders, delivery updates, and verification status changes.
  • Your account menu β€” access to your profile, verification, settings, and sign out.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It shows only the modules your business type uses β€” nothing more. See the article on navigating the sidebar for a full explanation of each section.

Tip: The dashboard updates in real time. If you process a sale on the POS, the sales widget updates immediately β€” no need to refresh the page.
