Why your business profile matters

Your business profile is the identity AADOPS uses to represent you everywhere β€” receipts, invoices, marketplace listings, and delivery requests. A complete profile builds buyer confidence from day one.

Step 1 β€” Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then click Business Profile.

Step 2 β€” Complete each field

Business name β€” the trading name your customers know you by.

Phone number β€” your primary business contact number. Buyers on the marketplace use this to reach you.

Email address β€” your business email for customer correspondence.

State β€” your state of operation. Buyers filter marketplace listings by location.

City or town β€” the specific town or neighbourhood where your business operates.

Street address β€” your physical business address, used on invoices and receipts.

Step 3 β€” Upload your logo

Click Upload logo and select an image file. Supported formats: PNG, JPG. Recommended size: at least 400x400 pixels.

Step 4 β€” Save

Click Save profile. Changes take effect immediately.

Tip: If you completed the setup wizard at registration, most fields are already filled in. Open Business Profile to review and correct them β€” particularly your city and street address.
