How disbursement works
When escrow releases on a completed marketplace order, AADOPS initiates a bank transfer to your registered account. The transfer is processed via Flutterwave and follows standard Nigerian interbank transfer timelines.
Timeline
Most transfers arrive within 24 hours of escrow release. Transfers initiated during banking hours on weekdays typically arrive the same day or the following morning. Transfers initiated on weekends or public holidays may take until the next business day.
Commission deduction
Before disbursement, AADOPS deducts its marketplace commission from the escrow amount. The commission percentage is visible in Settings → Marketplace settings. What transfers to your bank is the order value minus the commission.
How to register your bank account
- Go to Settings → Payment details
- Click Add bank account
- Enter your account number and select your bank
- AADOPS verifies the account via Flutterwave — your account name is fetched automatically for confirmation
- Confirm the account name matches your business and click Save
If a transfer has not arrived
If 48 hours have passed since escrow release and the transfer has not arrived:
- Confirm your bank account details are correct under Settings → Payment details
- Check your bank app for any incoming transfers from Flutterwave
- Contact AADOPS support at support@aadops.com with the order number and the escrow release date
