Types of notifications
AADOPS sends notifications for events that require your attention:
- Low stock alerts — when a product drops below its reorder point
- Marketplace order received — when a buyer places an order on one of your listings
- RFQ received — when a buyer sends a Request for Quotation
- Delivery status update — when a shipment changes status
- Escrow released — when payment is transferred to your bank
- Verification status — when your KYC or KYB application is approved or requires action
How to manage notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. Each notification type can be toggled on or off. By default, all notifications are enabled.
How notifications are delivered
Notifications appear in the bell icon at the top of your dashboard. In-app notifications are always on and cannot be disabled. Email notifications can be toggled per event type.
Tip: Keep marketplace order and escrow notifications on at all times. Missing an incoming order or an escrow release can delay your business and affect your marketplace reputation score.
