Changing your password
Go to Settings β Account security. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Update password.
Changing your email address
Go to Settings β Account security. Enter your new email address and your current password to confirm the change. Click Update email.
A verification email is sent to your new address. You must click the link in that email to confirm the change. Until confirmed, your old email address remains active.
If you have forgotten your password
Log out and click Forgot password? on the login screen. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to you. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
Note: Staff members manage their own passwords independently. As account owner, you cannot change a staff member's password β but you can remove their access and re-invite them if needed.
