Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Subscription. You will see your current plan and the options above it. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
Choose your billing cycle — monthly, quarterly (approximately 15% saving), or yearly (approximately 25% saving). Click Proceed to payment. Payment is processed via Flutterwave and your new plan activates immediately.
Downgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Subscription. Click Change plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.
When the downgrade applies, features above your new plan limit become inaccessible. Your data is not deleted — it is preserved. If you exceed the new plan limits (for example, you have 600 products but the new plan allows 500), you cannot add new products until you are back within the limit.
