Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings β†’ Subscription. You will see your current plan and the options above it. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.

Choose your billing cycle β€” monthly, quarterly (approximately 15% saving), or yearly (approximately 25% saving). Click Proceed to payment. Payment is processed via Flutterwave and your new plan activates immediately.

Downgrading your plan

Go to Settings β†’ Subscription. Click Change plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period β€” you keep your current features until then.

When the downgrade applies, features above your new plan limit become inaccessible. Your data is not deleted β€” it is preserved. If you exceed the new plan limits (for example, you have 600 products but the new plan allows 500), you cannot add new products until you are back within the limit.

Note: Downgrading below Standard plan pauses your marketplace listings. They are not deleted β€” they reactivate if you return to Standard or above.
