The difference between cancellation and deletion

Cancellation stops your paid subscription. Your account moves to the Starter plan at the end of your billing period. Your data β€” products, sales history, reports β€” is preserved. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time.

Account deletion permanently removes your account, all your data, and all associated records. This cannot be undone.

How to cancel your subscription

Go to Settings β†’ Subscription. Click Cancel subscription. You will be asked to confirm. After confirmation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Starter.

How to delete your account

Before proceeding, download any data you need β€” sales history, reports, product lists.

Go to Settings β†’ Account security β†’ Delete account. Enter your password and type the confirmation phrase. Once confirmed, deletion begins and cannot be reversed.

Warning: Account deletion removes all your business data permanently β€” products, sales, customers, invoices, marketplace listings, and reports. There is no recovery. If you are unsure, cancel your subscription and stay on Starter rather than deleting your account.
